For business

Your firm is the institution.

Movements do not employ people. Firms do. If you own a business and you want in, what we need from you is capacity: a job, a contract, a purchase order, or a place to train someone.

How a business joins

Five steps, no ceremony.

Apply
Tell us what your firm does, who it employs, and what capacity you can offer. One page is enough.
Verify
We check licensing, insurance, and standing. Nothing is published about your firm before this clears.
Commit
You name one concrete contribution: an apprenticeship, a purchase order, a training slot, or a credit line.
Deliver
You do the thing you committed to. This is the only step that counts.
Report
You report the result against a baseline, including when it underperformed.

The rule

Internal loyalty. External revenue.

Community support should make your firm more competitive, never excuse weak quality. Serve the house well, then compete in the wider market and bring that revenue home.

A business that can only sell inside its own community is not yet a business. It is a subsidy with a storefront, and it will not survive the first serious competitor.

What we ask

Four contributions.

Hire and train

Take on a paid apprentice or work-connected learner. Department of Labor evaluations back this model over classroom-only training.

Buy from members

Open a real purchase order. Procurement readiness is worthless without a buyer on the other side.

Finance with support

If you lend, pair the capital with technical assistance. Money handed over alone has the worst record of any intervention.

Publish your numbers

Report against a baseline. Programmes with no measurement are precisely how this work has failed before.

Three ways in

Pick the one that matches your firm.

Employer

You have work and need reliable people. Take an apprentice, keep the ones who earn it, and tell us what the training missed.

Buyer

You have a supply chain. Open one category to member firms and hold them to your normal standard, not a lower one.

Enabler

You lend, insure, bond, or train. Pair what you offer with the technical assistance that makes it usable.

Standards

What membership requires.

Clean books, correct licensing, and insurance and bonding appropriate to your trade. This is checked, not assumed.
Apprentices and trainees are paid. Unpaid work-experience schemes have no place here.
You report what happened against a baseline, including the quarters where it did not work.
We will not publish your logo, and you will not imply our endorsement, before a signed agreement exists on both sides.
Enrollment

Bring your firm in.

Select the business door and tell us what capacity you can offer: a job, a contract, a purchase order, or a place to train someone. We will route it properly.

Nothing is published about your firm before verification. No logo, no implied endorsement.
